    About the Role
    This is not a passive learning position. As a Dog Training Apprentice, you’ll work directly alongside our training team to develop real world skills in behavior, obedience, and off leash reliability. You’ll be immersed in structured training programs designed to prepare dogs for safe, social, and successful adventure based lifestyles.

    What You’ll Do

    *Assist with daily training sessions (obedience, manners, behavior work)

    *Help implement structured routines for dogs in training programs

    *Support trainers during integration into off leash groups

    *Observe, learn, and progressively take on more responsibility

    *Track dog progress and communicate updates to the team

    *Maintain a calm, structured, and safe environment for all dogs

  • Off Leash Adventure Guide

    Not your average dog job, lead structured, off leash adventures.

    About the Role
    As an Adventure Guide, you’ll lead small groups of dogs on structured off leash hikes designed to provide enrichment, exercise, and real world training. This is a high responsibility role that requires awareness, leadership, and a deep respect for safety and behavior.

    What You’ll Do

    *Safely lead small groups (avg. 5 dogs) on off leash adventures

    *Manage group dynamics, behavior, and energy levels

    *Transport dogs to and from adventures (company procedures provided)

    *Reinforce training and good manners in real-world settings

    *Monitor health, safety, and environmental risks at all times

    *Capture photo/video content for client updates and social media

    *Communicate daily updates with the team

    What We’re Looking For

    *Confident, calm leader with strong decision making skills

    *Comfortable managing multiple dogs at once

    *Reliable, punctual, and highly responsible

    *Physically active and enjoys being outdoors daily

    *Clean driving record and reliable vehicle

  • Virtual Assistant/Receptionist

    About the Role
    This role is the communication hub of the business. As our Client Care Coordinator, you’ll manage client interactions, scheduling, and daily administrative tasks, ensuring every client experience feels seamless, professional, and high-touch.

    What You’ll Do

    *Respond to emails, texts, and inquiries in a timely, professional manner

    *Book, reschedule, and manage client appointments

    *Follow up with leads and guide them through the onboarding process

    *Send invoices and manage client accounts

    *Coordinate schedules for training and adventure services

    *Maintain organized records and client notes

    *Support internal team communication and logistics

    What We’re Looking For

    *Strong communication skills (written + verbal)

    *Highly organized and detail oriented

    *Friendly, professional, and client focused

    *Comfortable managing multiple tasks at once

    *Tech savvy (Google Workspace, scheduling software, etc.)
